WHSS needed help with their website. It wasn’t getting enough traffic – they felt it was wordy, off-putting and did not reflect their values. I proposed a copywriting project to review and analyse the site, write new copy and edit existing copy. Some sections were repeated or muddled with no clear pathway to the right information for their distinct audiences.
I also suggested changing some of the navigation, grouping relevant pages into new sections with new labelling. I added tips and ideas of how to improve their SEO, and wrote new copy and edited existing copy to reflect their brand values.
