Activity:
- I handled the PR campaign for the museum’s ‘Michael Caine’ exhibition celebrating the 80th birthday of one of London’s most recognisable characters. The campaign generated a wealth of national and international coverage including a front page feature for The Sunday Times Magazine and online, Daily Telegraph, The Sun, Evening Standard, Mail Online, Daily Express, the Independent i, BBC News Online, Wall Street Journal (Europe), broadcast including ITN News, Sky News, Channel 5 ‘Inside Hollywood‘, LBC Radio, BBC Radio 5Live, consumer magazines Easy Living, Time Out, Shortlist, and online outlets Empire Magazine online, AOL Entertainment, MSN UK Lifestyle, BBC America and more…
- Provided PR support to the in-house communications team to promote a number of exhibitions, events and collections stories, including the Museum’s discovery of the oldest known recordings of Christmas (the story went global after its exclusive break on BBC Radio 4’s PM programme and BBC News Online)
